Lambeth Single Point of Access  - The SPA helps patients find the right mental health support. It provides access to short and medium term mental health services including Living Well Centres, Lambeth NHS Talking Therapies Service and community support groups. It can also send a team within 24h to support you in a mental health crisis. 

You can ask a friend, family member, or your GP to contact Lambeth SPA on your behalf. You can also self-refer to this service.

SLAM Crisis Line - The South London and Maudsley Trust's 24hr mental health crisis line. Regardless of your situation, if you feel like you need support then then they can help by dispatching crisis support teams or connecting you to other local mental health services.

Sanctuary at Mosaic Clubhouse - The Evening Sanctuary provides short-term support to people experiencing a mental health crisis. It's open 7 nights a week from 6pm-12am. It provides a safe space if you're having a difficult time. There are people to listen, activities like films or crafts, peer support and a safe space away from whatever may be troubling you.

You can only access the Sanctuary via a referral. This must be made by a GP, community mental health team, Lambeth SPA or similar. You can view the list of referral pathways on the Sanctuary website.

Centre 70 - Supports adults who are facing social, mental, financial or other personal difficulties. Its free and affordable services supplied from West Norwood location include low-cost counselling, support groups and wellbeing resources as well as advice about housing, benefits, debt and more.
