It can also send a team within 24h to support you in a mental health crisis. You can ask a friend, family member, or your GP to contact Lambeth SPA on your behalf. It provides a safe space if you're having a difficult time. There are people to listen, activities like films or crafts, peer support and a safe space away from whatever may be troubling you. You can only access the Sanctuary via a referral. This must be made by a GP, community mental health team, Lambeth SPA or similar. You can view the list of referral pathways on the Sanctuary website.
