CliniQ

Offer a holistic sexual health, mental health, and wellbeing service for all trans people, partners, and friends. Trans-led team. Tuesday services are by appointment only.

Clinic T

Offer screening for STIs, vaccinations for HPV, Hep A and Hep B, cervical smear screenings, contraception care, and HIV PEP and PreP services for trans and non-binary people. Open on the second Wednesday evenings of every month from 17:30 to 20:00. Appointment only. 

Butterfly Clinic

Offer screening for STIs, vaccinations for HPV, Hep A and Hep B, cervical smear screenings, and HIV services for trans and non-binary people. Also offer sexual health advice, overall wellbeing, and substance abuse support. Open Monday 13:00 to 18:00 (Walk-ins until 16:00). Tuesday 10:00 to 16:00.

Onyx Clinic

Trans and gender diverse specific clinic that offers sexual health education, contraception care, condoms and dental dams, testing for STIs, Hep A and B, and services for PrEP, PEP, and DoxyPEP. Also offer vaccinations for Hep A, Hep B, Bexsero (for Gonorrhoea), and MPOX. Open on Thursdays from 15:30 to 19:00.

TransPlus

The first integrated Gender, Sexual Health and HIV service commissioned by NHS England. Gender dysphoria services that can diagnose gender dysphoria and formulate a treatment plan. TransPlus has been asked by NHS England to see adults who were originally referred to the Tavistock and Portman Gender Identity Clinic (GIC).* Offers STI and HIV services and sexual health education. Open Wednesdays from 16:30 to 19:00. Cervical smear screenings on Tuesdays from 16:00 to 19:00 and hormone injections on Fridays from 9:00 to 11:30.

Clinic X

The Health Shop caters to all LGBTQ+ people, while Clinic X has a focus on trans and non-binary people. Offers testing for STIs, HIV, Hepatitis B and C, access to contraception, advice about cervical smear screenings, general sexual health information, and harm reduction services. Open from 17:00 to 19:00 on the first Thursday of each month at the Health Shop. Appointment only.

Leads Trans & Nonbinary Sexual Health Clinic

Offers HIV and STI testing, PreP, DoxyPEP, Cervical smear screenings, Hepatitis and HPV vaccines, contraception, and general sexual health information. Open on the third Monday of every month from 16:00 until 18:00.

Terrence Higgins Trust Trans and Nonbinary Testing Service

Offers sexual health information and testing for HIV and STIs for trans and non-binary people. Trans-led team. Appointments can be made three hours prior, but they offer same-day walk-ins. Also have a PrEP2U clinic open on Monday from 14:00 to 17:00 and Thursday from 15:00 to 18:30.


Gender Affirming Care

The Gender Clinic

Offers psychological assessments and diagnoses for people over 18 suffering from gender dysphoria, as well as fast, efficient, and highly professional service for people seeking HRT or affirming surgeries. 

The Gender Hormone Clinic

Offers affirmative, patient-centred gender hormone therapy for transgender, nonbinary, and intersex individuals. 

Indigo Gender Services, Manchester

Offers consultations for hormone therapy, voice/communication therapy, and assessments and referrals for gender confirming surgeries. Also provides peer support, advice groups, and mental health support.

Northern Region Gender Dysphoria Service

Offers guidance on navigating medical interventions and referrals for gender confirming care, such as HRT and surgery. Also offers mental health services and voice/communication therapy.


Support Groups

TransSober Support

Support with drug and alcohol use for the trans and non-binary community. In-person meetings every Monday at 18:00 until 19:30 and an online meeting every Thursday at 18:00 until 19:00.

Black Trans Alliance

Black queer and trans-led non-profit organisation that supports black trans and non-binary people in London and the wider community. 

Loving House

Supports trans and non-binary survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. Offers a Monday to Friday helpline and email support. Provides high-quality support by trained specialists who understand the specific needs of the trans community, as well as abuse, and is a by-and-for service. Service is user-led, and they also support people affected by honour-based violence and forced marriage.

Offers a comprehensive resource for people in the UK searching for support in the transgender community. Their easy-to-use, mobile-friendly directory connects you to an established network of trans support groups near you.
